How to Brew Persian Tea: 

Add one spoonful of dry tea leaves to the teapot for each person. Rinse the leaves with cold water to shock the tea and help release their aroma and color more fully.

Place the teapot briefly on a teapot warmer candle to gently warm the leaves and keep them moist.

Then, pour one cup of boiling water into the teapot for each spoonful of tea.

Let the tea steep over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the flavor and color to develop fully.
